Description of work:
Every person working on his post stands on a platform with optimal height in relation to the scope of their operations. During the whole time line slowly moves forward. All waste is thrown into designated for this baths and from time to time are automatically transferred to the vacuum system and routed to a cyclone and then into the waste container, which in turn are moved by motor transport to disposal.
Tubs can be located directly by person who performs the operation technology, and transport destination is located where the investor so wishes. The whole system of pipelines, tanks creates a sort of cobweb, which in a collision is steerable computer.
System is controlled by modern microprocessor controllers, along with clear information control panel. Waste goes by stainless steel pipelines (DN sizes from 100 to 350). Bulk tubs are made in different shapes and fitted together with the surface of the floor, or at the desired height, depending on the technology needs. Aggregate cyclones are made of stainless steel and different sizes and shapes. The operation of our system is very cheap and simple.

Operation of the system:
The air from the tank and the suction hose is removed by a vacuum system. Cleaning tip is permanently attached to the hose by twisted joints with a gasket. The vacuum conditions in the interior of the core causes detachment of the channel and sucking it together with the remains inside the underpressure tank. More firmly attached portions of the core should be to detach by the blade located at the end of the suction tip. Others provided tips should be selected and used depending on the type of cleaning operation carcasses. The device should be mounted in the optimum location for the operation, plug it into compressed air, and then adjust the air pressure by reducer located in air handling unit. The minimum pressure should be 4 bar. In the case of willingness to increase the underpressure at the same time increase the suction pressure can be raised to 6 bar. Cools down makes the muscles stiffen in the cold and the backbone of this process is fairly stiff and straight half-carcase holds. It is vital to the rapid extraction of the core content shortly after the bisection, because shipment by uncleaned carcass with the core can lead to contamination of the meat. After excision the device should be reused, but with the tip of the pulp extraction of meat and bone. Thus purified half-carcass shows only its real commercial value, and hence its price increases.
